We have been in Shinkoiwa for 25 years. We provide dental treatments covered by insurance, including advanced implant surgery, in our local Shinkoiwa area. For implant surgery, we invite a professor of implantology from Nihon University School of Dentistry, and the operation is performed by a two-doctor team consisting of the director and the clinic director. Otsuka Dental Clinic practices "dental treatment that minimizes tooth grinding as much as possible" in order to maintain the healthy teeth of patients living in Japan. Based on the concepts of "gentle treatment for cavities" and "aggressive treatment for periodontal disease," we propose the best treatment plan for each patient.

Providing preventive dental care learned from the experience of a dental officer to the people living in Shinkoiwa

  • I have experience working as a dental officer. For many years, I provided regular checkups and treatment to Self-Defense Force members of a wide range of ages. From that experience, I realized firsthand that performing preventive treatment reliably and thoroughly is essential to maintaining healthy teeth forever, regardless of age. My experience as a dental officer in the Self-Defense Forces has had a major influence on the emphasis Otsuka Dental Clinic places on preventive dentistry.

  • CT Scan / Digital X-rays
    CT Scan / Digital X-rays are used for precision treatment examinations. Precision examinations using CT, which are safe and involve low radiation exposure, are essential for implant placement.

  • Waiting Area
    This area prevents patients from facing each other, helping to prevent contamination and maintaining hygiene within the clinic. After checking in, please wait on the sofa until you receive treatment instructions.

  • Treatment Room
    The spacious design allows patients, dental hygienists, and dentists to focus on treatment. Partitions ensure patient privacy.

  • Private Treatment Rooms
    We offer private treatment rooms to provide the highest level of dental care. Selective procedures, such as dental implant surgery and periodontal surgery, are performed in private treatment rooms (operating rooms).
